Project Description and Objectives
The objective of the project is a comprehensive digital transformation of Pila Loštice s.r.o. through modern technologies:

• Implementation of a new MES system: A system for digital manufacturing management and real-time production tracking
• AI-powered camera system: Acquisition of an intelligent camera system to increase operational safety and efficiency.
• Infrastructure: Construction of a stable computer network and comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire company premises.

Thanks to this project, there is a significant increase in the efficiency of production processes and a strengthening of our company's competitiveness on the market.
