• In-house primary processing (2 gang saws):We operate two frame saws, allowing us to maintain full control over the process right from the initial log sawing. This ensures we guarantee material quality and dimensional accuracy from the very first cut.
• WoodEye scanning systemOur production line is equipped with an advanced scanning system WoodEye. Tato technologie využívá soustavu senzorů a kamer k analýze každého milimetru dřeva v reálném čase. Vysokorychlostní optimalizace: Systém WoodEye automaticky detekuje přirozené vady (suky, trhliny či hnilobu) a dává pokyn krátící pile, která tyto vady s milimetrovou přesností vyřezává. Výsledkem je maximální pevnost a minimální odpad.
• State-of-the-art drying capacityWe operate modern drying kilns with a total capacity of 800 m3 This allows us to precisely regulate the wood moisture content (standardly at 12–14%), which is crucial for the stability and long durability of the future handles.
• Beechwood steamingFor the treatment of beech lumber, we utilize 6 specialized steaming chambersSteaming ensures color uniformity of the wood, increases its plasticity, and eliminates internal stress within the material.
• Wood finger jointing – joining short, optimized pieces using a special glued joint.
